Our Story

Osorio's was founded by Mr. Michael Max Osorio.  Born in Peru and educated in Mexico, he founded Osorio's to provide essential services to the community.  Intially offering Income Tax services, Mr. Osorio expanded his business to provide accounting services and then a wedding chapel where he conducted civil marriage ceremonies.  Mr. Osorio was more than a business man.  He was an adviser and counselor.  For 32 years Mr. Osorio served his community until his passing in 2012.  Mr. Osorio is survived by his wife, Laura and two children, Nathan and Jessica

Osorio's continues under the administration of Mr. Osorio's two children, Nathan Max Osorio and Jessica Lopez.  Nathan is a licensed attorney in California and has his own practice which focuses on immigration and special education law.  Jessica is a tax preparer certified by the California Tax Education Council.  Both Nathan and Jessica are notary publics, ministers, and certified fingerprint/livescan service providers.  

Osorio's continues to provide the same great service that it always has.
